Workouts

I'll set your workouts in my App so they're all in one, easy to access place. Get all your exercises, reps, sets and video tutorials to guide you through every session.

Calendar

Juggling workouts and a busy schedule can be difficult. The calendar will organise all your workouts, check-ins, activities and events, which will be scheduled for you by me.

Messaging

The integrated chat function means you can speak to me directly and add comments to your workouts. You know where I am whenever you need me.

Goals

It’s important to stay on top of how you are progressing. My App lets us both easily view and track your goals in one simple place.

INTEGRATIONs

My App integrates with Fitbit, Withings, Apple Health/Watch, enabling you to sync all your health data

MEET YOUR COACH

Hey there, my name is Holly Lucatello, Online Coach & Personal Trainer!

After years of punishing myself in the gym and working out to make myself smaller I decided to move away from disordered eating, restriction, using exercise as punishment and heal my relationship with food and gain my life back. I never wanted another woman to treat their body the way I did, so I became a personal trainer to help women to train in a maintainable way that puts their mental, physical health and enjoyment first. 

As a coach, I am encouraging, compassionate and always looking at the bigger picture, putting my clients physical and mental health first. I help my clients learn how to listen to their bodies, find a sustainable relationship with exercise and learn to celebrate what their bodies can achieve.

 

I’ve been a personal trainer for 4 years and my proudest achievement is helping women build strength and confidence in the gym and themselves, empowering them to see exercise as more than just a tool to change their bodies but as a celebration for all their bodies can do. I have trained women of all ages from 16 to 60 and have an abundance of experience training pre and post natal women.

 

My mission is to help woman feel amazing both physically and mentally, to empower them to take control of their health and fitness and enjoy moving their bodies in a sustainable way. If that sounds good to you then why not come work with me and join my team?
